Shipping:- TheToyBoat.com ships all toys via UPS Ground.
- Also available for extra charge (please call us or make a note in the comments box during checkout): UPS 3-Day, 2-Day or Overnight.
- Using UPS provides insurance for your package and allows tracking.
- Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, with a minimum charge of $9
- Occasionaly our website overestimates the shipping charge. When this happens, we will email you with the actual cost.
- Shipping outside of the USA requires international rates.
- Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska is done via US Postal Service insured. Extra charges apply.
- There's a small surcharge for heavy items, about $1 extra per item, but it's pretty uncommon.
Returns:
We work very hard to pack your box carefully, however sometimes breakage can occur during shipping. If something arrives broken: - Save the shipping box and packing materials. UPS will not replace without this.
- Call or email TheToyBoat.com as soon as possible to let them know what's wrong.
- We will contact UPS
- Repack the broken items in the same box
- UPS will come to pick it up at no charge to you.
- It will be returned to us and we will replace the item.
- We cannot replace the item if you no longer have the shipping box.
- TheToyBoat.com will exchange any non-broken or unopened item for store credit or exchange. (No cash or credit card refunds.)
